I just paid the State of Illinois $215.00 to transfer my truck title into my name. I have a copy of my DAC and PSP and will get my new title in about a week. That means it is time to start moving the wheels to greener pastures.

I leased my truck from Roehl, but entered it before the previous manager Dan Bennett passed away. The 2 of us worked together looking and fine tuning my business plan. After that he went looking for a truck that would fit my budget.

I completed one lease purchase and well on my way of doing my second L/P thru same carrier. First trk was a used trk it had 45,000 mi and O/O specs. payment was $485.68 a week for 48 months with a 10K balloon payment at the end. I didn't use carriers insurance, didn't have a mandatory maintenance fund or have to buy anything thru carrier. Have my own ifta acct, pay my own 2290 ect. Second trk I ordered was a 2013 T660 studio with all the bells and whistles . monthly payment $2300.00 for 60 months. After the first 6 months carrier drastically changed customer base. So I was able to move trk to another carrier. As long as I maintain the trk and provide insurance and finance company gets payment everyone happy. Also reports to credit bureau's. i had trk's before, but has a divorce and had to sell business and all assets and split 50/50 with ex wife. so pretty much screwed my credit. has it been easy no but i'm making it work

I guess you could call it that. pretty nice of carrier to allow me to spec a trk the way i wanted and then 12 months into L/P move it to another carrier so i could pull a Step deck.

Why did you do a 2nd lease purchase when you had the 1st one paid for?
