I have tinnitus, have my uncle to thank. I always wear ear plugs when on the dock working. And if I'm wearing my headset I put a earplug in my left ear. I can still hear, but it cuts down on the truck noise. And I don't have to crank the volume. I also sleep with a fan on so I can't hear the ringing.
A guy I work with has a pillow with some sort of stereo in it. That cuts down on the noise until he falls asleep. He said it was recommended by his doctor.
Who here has Tinnitus, how are you managing?

Been planning to insulate firewall on both sides. Also planning to get the door frames straitened to cut down on wind and road noise. Hopefully this is the year I get it done, it's been 20 years. -
