Amen.
Think I have said this before, but it amazes me that folks go and lease/buy/borrow a truck without a clue what their P&L should look like, their break even point, and so on. I had to do a small business course before I could do anything back home in England many moons ago. No bank would touch me without it.

Good Morning. Anybody knows any good company i can work for? At the moment i work for a small company and i figured out they cheat on my money. They take of 10% but i figured i got the load from florida to NJ and he paid me 2000 the broker paid over 2500. Then he took of his 10% . also After each job wait at list one day somewhere. I don't like that Romanian company. So i have my 2010 frightener i can go anywhere California ... No DEF. 475 HP. I would like to do OTR. I have over 2 y experience.

i wouldnt expect a hired driver to take care of an old truck the way it needs to be handled
my truck is an 03, i would never trust anyone but myself to drive it, because so many little things need attention, and if overlooked, can wind you up on the side of the road..........every week
i suggest you drive it, learn all of the bugs, and after you feel it is in sound condition, MAYBE THEN, hire someone else to drive it -
