Who is the best company to work for a newbie

Can't always go by what's on the websites. Do some online applications, then follow with a phone call. Just do what you have to do to get started, then in 12 mos. 100's of doors open for you.
FFE is known for excellent training and decent pay.

 

You also have Schneider in Dallas and Houston, both dryvan and Tankers

Swift for van, tmc for flatbed, Jim Palmer/Wil-Trans for reefer

 

FFE was my starter company. Pay sucked but miles were ok and I was always treated with respect. No company is perfect so...... Lots of long runs.

I will be graduating from a Community college CDL school next week in Houston Texas. Please which company has the best pay for new graduates? I really need this information because i have a wife and 2kids to care for and i need a good paying company to start with. Thanks
