The problem is there is NO STANDARD .......

NO LICENSE, NO SCHOOLING, and NO certification.

That said Al at sparky has a GMOL ( license ) and has done land moble.
You might give him a call....

I still prefer Rolling Radios in Richmond, VA. Have had MANY radios by him and never an issue. Bob's CB in PA is also a good one. The Radio shop in Ontario, CA has also been good to me. Or Stickman in DE or MD or somewhere in that area, good luck getting a callback from him though.

I have bought stuff from CB City. Good service, no idea about tech services.
You could go here, http://www.cbradiotalk.com/index.php. scroll down to Gold Sponsors and look in that section.
I have read about a shop or guy called "Sparky's" somewhere, supposed to be very good.

i googled rolling radios and they don't have many nice things said about them along with people that posted pics of thier burnt up curcuit boards. I can give you the links to all of them, not putting them down, just telling what i saw and read, dont feel comfortable sending it to them now.

If you trust words from a site that calls themselves CB Re-Tards...I'll just leave it at that. There's no telling who does what to a radio once it leaves the shop, how its hooked up, or who goes inside it afterwards. Some people get their jollies off putting down other good & respectable people.
