Ok you say so two things I have absolutely positively no use for in this world is arrogance and greed it usually comes in the same package-----person
-
Ok so you admit Chris is a very good repair tech. Hundreds of people know that. So what lessons did mr.stringbean have to learn then ???
-
I'm not quite sure how that has any relevance to the fact that Fireball AKA John Denver no longer has Chris Holland working on his radios since he found a better technician ie: "1 800 toll-free" in Tehachapi California.
-
In the end it's only the "tune" that matters.
Precisely why every radio I had repaired by Russell Clift AB7IF
Had to get realigned and retuned
By someone else before I wasted my time putting it on the airwaves.
In other words I had to pay two different technicians for doing two different things. Some people are good at doing repairs but completely unable to tune.
There's nothing wrong with that as long as we recognize our limitations. -
After running several radios tuned by Chris Holland and after several complaints from his next door neighbor about bleeding over on TV sets Stringbean learned a valuable lesson when he got his 2547 tuned by Mark and matched to his driver. Lo and behold he no longer gets complaints from his neighbors and his radio talks three times further than it did before.

For those that don't know this is what Chris Holland tune sounds like.

Chris is a magnum repair tech magnum is a major name brand radio has been for years. Most all techs will never have the the distinction of being a Stryker galaxy connex repair tech repair facility. If a tech can't do simple minor repair work how's he ever gonna do major cb repair work. I have no opinion of Chris I'm sending him my magnum on Friday simply because he's a magnum tech and if anyone has the parts available for a radio that hasn't been made in years it's him.....
-
Nothing wrong with parts changers like Chris. Everybody has to earn a living somehow. Whenever Chris gets done patching it back together if you'd like it tuned by someone in the Inland Empire that does better work than Chris and who understands the importance of limiting negative Peaks you can contact Toll Free here:

Oh your lost in space dude no such thing as a tune on a cb radio it's all basic work for a radio right outta the box new... convert the radio check the alignment set the deadkey---carrier it's a 4to1 ratio 100 watt max radio deadkey set at 25 watts. All real techs that don't Jack up a radio by turning up a radios deadkey too high which will distort over modulate and over drive the radio.... of course it's gonna sound like crap. All radios have a max wattage they are capable of anything more and there junk. Turn it up burn it up....
