That is a relative question. What you may like about a company, someone else won't, and vise versa. You need to make a list of things that are important to you, and find a company that closest meets those needs.

There is plenty of info, in the various forums on this site, that will give you some insight to the many trucking companies that occupy our nations highways. Good luck!

Depends on what you want, what you are willing to accept, and what will you not accept. Each company has good and bad, policies one can live with, policies one hates.

Research each company, see what works for you.
