Who is your favorite youtube trucker?

She must run local because she said she does Dallas.

 

I have avoided most YouTube truckers for a reason. Every one of them have been complete idiots, newbies with an axe to grind, or simply boring.

Then I started coming across videos from a Canadian truck driver with 40 years experience. Smart-Trucking is his channel and he has a web page under the same name. Well worth watching, not for amusement, but to educate myself.

 

Speaking of videos, I generally by and large do not consume you tube too much. Ive gotten pretty particular.

There was one kind of video I don't think exists anymore from training classes involving a trucker named Earl. Generally a humor bent situation that ties directly to the lessons being taught within trucking and I miss those videos believe it or not.

Anyhow.

There are some videos on you tube I do watch now and then, some are sourced here in TTR.

Others from third party internet sites like our local news now and then. This one invovled a 17 year old killed for firing on police about two days ago. Towards the end you can see him firing several rounds at one lawman who takes the hits on his vest center mass thankfully and returned fire killing him then and there.

It's very valuable learning sometimes. They say it's graphic. But it's nothing there except some language and the situation towards the end that will upset a percentage of our society not used to violence.

Youtube is great. I watch a ton of YouTube stuff..


But Youtube truckers... Oh hell no.

 

I watched some recently there sbout 3-4 in particular that feud with each other and often use click bait titles . What they have in common is they talk about how great truckers they are and how to be a supertrucker . Funny thing is they bounce from company to company and some have even got into fleece purchase .

I will say my favorite is the Prime Trainer from Hundoras , by far some of my favorite videos .

 

Recently I've been enjoying the Trucker Hypocrite Buster/Trucker Revelation videos. They provide the cliff note versions to all these youtube drama queens. I dont have the time nor do I care to spend hours each days watching hour long videos from all these bubble headed lip smacker youtube truckers. There is a female flatbedder that is easy on the eyes that I watch every now and then.

 

Iwona really is the only one normal youtuber. Must have been incredible coming from Poland and making her dream come true to truck drive in the states but I did ask myself "why?" a couple times.
