Who should I buy from?

Most fleet trucks have been trashed by rookie drivers, and the fleets like to unload them just before needing any major repairs-4 to 500,000 mile range.

Best to find an O/O looking to upgrade or retire to find a decent truck.

 

If the seller is a desk jockey giving you numbers and trying to finance you over the phone...no.

If the seller is honest and is willing to level with you, show you maintance details and other beneficial things.. Sure.. Look into it.

Sometimes small companies need to sell because they lose business, these are sweet deals if you can find them.

 

Melton Truck Lines and TransAm have well cared for fleet trucks for sale. They may have pictures on the websites under "Equipment for Sale." Those trucks also have Apu's.

Walmart truck on RB auction can be a good buy
