And how much did you clear after taxes ... I'm at $68K - $70K before taxes.

$55K, no headache? ... At $.39, that's 141K miles ... did mine on 125K ... You're working to hard ... and let's not forget ... I'm making my truck payment on top of that ... How much of that $55K you want to put away for a truck?

It's not a business. That's what you don't get. Next time your standing in line at McDonald's look at the wall they always put a certificate up with the owners name. He ownes that building and the land it's on. What do a LP driver own???? Nothing more than a company driver does you caint even compare the two. A true business has assets. Where are the assets? Lmao they sell this crap to feed a drivers ego there's a good example of it right there. "im a owner op now" lmao hahaha that's what all the real owner ops are doing as they pass you. Ask them. Cause it's not real. Ppl are buying into a dream. Do it the right way like the owners do. Or if you truly in your mind believe it's a business I have some ocean front property in Nevada I'll make you a great deal on right now. Lol

Actually in most cases Mac Corp owns the building and the land ... the franchisee makes a - oh, gawd! - a lease payment to Mac Corp.

The problem, you truly do not know what a business is. Which is also the problem with most who get into a lease. They don't know either, they don't know how to operate one and wind up failing ... but instead of looking at themselves, they want to blame the big bad company for "scamming" them ...

Sorry bud, but the land and the building on most McDonalds is owned by a third party......it is rare to have a franchise owner that OWNS the property....oh, and it's leased to McDonald's NOT the Franchisee!!!....there are some exceptions though, few and far between....
