Nope truck company that I worked for took care of all that. Its one of the major carriers but I was on a dedicated account. Was a gravy job, sucked to lose it. It was great money. Yeah, guess OTR life is what I got to go back to. I have tried the LTL companies I still have to give them a call. I don't know of any mom and pop places around Birmingham. I know there is a site to look them up I just can't find it. I saw it on the forums the other day but forgot to write it down and now can't find it. Thanks for all the replies.
Who will hire me after termination for wreck.

If you got 2 full years in try storeytrucking dotcom up in the NE corner of AL. You might be an hour from them if that. You'll pull a reefer to CA and back. Good money. You don't have to marry the job. Just go make some good money and move on when the accident fades. That was one of my favorite jobs.

Well got the police report back last week. According to report it was considered a side swipe with me being too far in the left lane. So car hit my trailer and knocked their mirror off. So all along I was writing on applications all wrong so that was 13 applications rejected, but good news is that I finally got a dedicated job that lets me get home on the weekends. My house payment is definitely due. Been a month without a job hurts. Well wish me luck I start orientation Monday.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
