After doing research here, and online about companies I have slimmed it down to two companies that I would like to work for but can't make a choice. Maybe you veterans and experienced drivers can give me a good input. So, J&R Schugel or TransAm? I really like everything about TransAm other them the automatic trucks but I can get over it. Hope everyone has a good day!

I can only tell you that from which I see rolling down the road, Trans Am appears to have better equipment.

But I was interested in knowing what interested you in hauling refers?

Just experience I guess. Plus there usually is a slight higher cents per mile for them.

Who would you choose to get your foot in the door?

That's because you'll be running fewer miles than, say, a drop-and-hook dry van operation.

Reefer loads are almost always live load and live unload, if not a lumper load and unload. And grocery warehouses are NEVER in a hurry to get you loaded/unloaded.
