I'm a slightly experienced newbie (approximately 4 months solo) and haven't driven in over a year, and I'd like to get back into the game. I'd like to drive for a respectable company who, provided I do my job right, won't give me the runaround. I live in East Texas, and I DO NOT have my Hazmat endo. I can't apply with Driver Solutions because I'm not in their "hiring area", and I've already driven for Swift (not sure if I would go back to them or not).

Any help from you Road Warriors would be greatly appreciated.

You are going to have big problems finding something. You do not have enough experiance for any OTR company to hire you as experianced, but too much experiance to have to go back thru school.
Most, if they will hire you at all will make you pay for a refresher and go out with a trainer for a few weeks.
    Good luck.

Bite the bullet and go back to Swift. They might suck, but usually your first job in this business will suck anyway. To paraphrase an old saying, the sucky job you know is better than the sucky job you don't know.
