Whos handing out raises this year? post your company's pay scale

XPO pays $21.85 and $0.51 per mile for their LTL division. They are a terrible company though.

Pay raise here... Runs that were paying $350 are now paying $600/650. Loads paying $500 are now $800 to $1000... It was a good week, Gross was through the roof, but I only was able to take two showers.

Dayton Freight here. I'm pretty sure all the LTL companies do yearly raises, not every few years when drivers start to grumble like most of the rest of the industry. Last year our hourly pay increased 70 cents to $26.00/hr and our mileage pay inreased 1.7 cents to 64.7cpm. And raises are a couple months away. My linehaul run is 500 miles with 1 hour on the clock, home daily.

57 CPM (in September when I left was getting 52 CPM) no matter where I go + $50 extra stop (it's long distance LTL so 2-5 stops per run).As many miles as you can handle (I do 3000-3500/week).1099.

 

Pretty sure that's not great for 1099.
