Trying to find out what company is hauling into Allegheny Ludlum (ATI) in Brackenridge, Pa. They're doing some work back in the old scrap yards and have been having a lot of dirt hauled in for new rail spurs. Think they're picking up the dirt and stone down under the New Kensington bridge, but can't seem to find out what company has the contract to do that. Any ideas?

I have to ask why you aren't able to watch which trucks are going in/out of the facility or under the New Ken bridge? I'd think you'd be able to ID the trucks with a little minor investigative work

Unfortunately, they only seem to be running during the day, and short of missing a day of work to play PI, I have no way of hanging out at the plant or under the bridge.
