Well as an experienced driver , I would have to say that Heartland should get a vote in there somewhere as well . they not only tell you where to fuel , but when to and how much as well . Like we are just stupid robots that cannot figure out that for ourselves ! They also penalize a driver who is late to a delivery ( even if it is only a few minutes and you have called them in advance ) by shutting them down for 24 hours where ever they feel like it . And they say that they keep track of your hours , but aren't intelligent enough to enter the info into the computer by themselves .
And if you go through a toll without their previous approval , they take the amount out of your pay without being courteous and letting you know first . And they wonder why they can't grow certain regions ........DUH !!!

 

Was this poll for the slowest trucks or what? Cause then prime can probably be number 1!

 

Mirror, mirror on the wall. Who's the worst - of them all? Drive so slow and have no time. I think that I will stick with Prime!

 

And as another side note: What would posses drivers to sign a lease with Prime, and haul cheap freight? So many lease drivers that I've talked to are in the hole! Why did you idiots sign the dotted line? Stop believing every sugar coated turd of a deal that these recruiters tell you! Duh!

 

Yep. Especially when what he says is echoed on many threads by other drivers. That's why I am a member of these forums. If the only companies I can get a job with are those companies that are repeatedly bashed on these pages - then I'll just do something else.
