There's no waiting before you can ask questions. You need 50 posts before you are able to pm anyone. If you're already asking what you got yourself into you should get out now it doesn't get much better. Lol.

Don't misunderstand me, I didn't mind getting your PM and as I said, I'll help you any way I can, (short of supplying you with money and girls. . .)
The thing is, that you never know how many other folks have the same question in their mind, but haven't gotten around to asking it yet. Personal Messages are fine, but sometimes you can help others by posting your questions in an open forum. -
thank you, sorry to bother you im new around here

You got questions? We have answers. Not necessarily right, or even intelligent answers, but answers non the less! -
Mods tend to frown on posting just to get your post count up to be able to PM. -
Basically it was just the crap they pulled on me because I was a n00b and didn't know any better.....
The day I quit that coke snorting little puke mikey millis and I got into it big, he got the last laugh because he trashed my DAC report...Funny thing was my next job asked me sarcastically if anyone has ever left there on good terms because of all the bad DAC's from millis ?? I got a laugh out of that !! All this is really old stuff but I don't forget ever.....
If you go to work there just make sure those greedy pricks pay you for everything you do and watch your paycheck close....Mistakes happen on pay thats understandable, just don't let them cheat you on purpose.. -
My vote is for england..To many people not doing alot of work.Do not care about their people after they sign them up in the school. When I worked for them had to be careful with pay, often errors.Funny when you call them on it they just say o.k. and reverse it.Shows me that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.I tried being a trainer but not enough reward for the wear and tear on my truck. These poor people come out of that school either knowing it all or not knowing anything.

"You can see some of these companies' trucks on I-10 in west Texas doin' 125 at 3 in the morning."
"Usually, these companies have 5-10 trucks, are reefer, and are owned by immigrants. Most of their drivers are immigrants as well from places like Romania, Russia, etc."
Mexico too amigo......... and a tale to boot...... I happen to be easing along I-10, yanking my tank bout 70...... and it's all quiet......bout 2am......heading for the dome and dreaming of Gila Bend......... and suddenly my cb starts chattering in spanish..... and it's gets louder n louder..... and about the time I do my 11 second DOT mirror check here they come ! Two of them ! Reefers ! In the hammer , 10 feet apart and a thousand watts of power. Them vuttos had those Pete's skint back deep into three digits. Zoom zoom and their gone!
I keep easing along and I see discos in the distance on my side...... as I ease by...Its the vuttos! Deputy dawg is jacking them up on a two fer stop!
Well I keepa goin... still dreaming of Gila Bend and guess what ! Not 15 mins later here they come again! Like to took the paint off my door! Still chattering , 10 feet apart and running three digits.
I have got to get me a large car! -
Sthemith Transport is just as bad but not as well known. Any company that attempts to force a driver to stay on when he wants to leave has a idealology of slavery of its work force. Would not common sense dictate a evaluation of why a driver would want to leave?
Truly a company that wants to keep a good reputation would much rather thank the driver for trying the company and ask that he would list his grievances or take a survey to help the company improve. We know what the alternative is a driver with a axe to grind! This can be a very costly mistake for a company.
I was asked by a driver about Smith. My response was you want truth or bull? Truth he replied
I said ok. Smith don't give a dang about a driver. As a driver you are to Smith a semi smart monkey that is programed via a qualcomm. Myself I am leaving them as soon as I can weigh
my leagle rights, perhaps even the Pa attorney generals office might weigh in upon the question of unethical employment issues.
Stay far away from Smith!
