I believe I would have to say Swift although I never drove for them.

As a new PAM driver I got some pretty good miles. Then I got a better dispatcher and things were better. Then one day that dispatcher was gone and things started downhill.

By the time I was making .35 a mile all the new kids making .20 were getting the miles and I was getting stuff like pick up on Thursday and deliver on Monday as much as 300 miles away....

Poor ### Management is how I think of PAM.

 

Covenant doesnt believe you need anything... Period! they even charge you to run the trucks in hottest hot of AZ to the coldest of cold! they charge for everything... they even retax your money when you pay for stuf they are suppose to reimburse!

 

I've worked for both covenant and CR England in my life. CR England puts Covenant to shame as a crap hole company.

 

my company treats me right so i do like otr for mow atleast i got good one

 

That is something to be thanking God for!

 

I at least made money at Covenant. I left England with a net loss.

18 months of PAM was approx. a wash as far as pay.
Have already done better as a hotshotter.

 

we are leaveing Covenant with a loss to! a loss of being abused!
