Who's The Worst Of Them ALL to work for?

If they came here from say Syria and drove for .10 a mile they will do it because they don't know any better. Seriously. They will do it. Now if someone took them aside and taught that they can make a dollar gross every two miles then they will make enough noise until they are actually paid that much. They won't make it three months. Which is why your overall pay scales will be relatively pretty cheap using throw away immigrants.

 

Swift worse than CR ENGLAND?

 

Could be. I can't think of another trucking company that manages to wreck twice in the same spot on the same day.

 

The dude I trained from Syria is making 32 cpm.

KKW Trucking out of Pomona, CA. They are the bottom of all bottom feeders. Top pay is .44cpm and $14 hr for local. Don't expect a raise after that. That why this company will hire any student driver with no experience..... because all the veteran drivers quit and go to better paying jobs! Even Swift or JB Hunt pays more than KKW does but they require 2 yrs experience to even qualify. their benefit package sucks, hardly any work and the miles are low! Bottom line...... you won't make any money there!!

I have heard from a couple Swift drivers who actually do well there.

I have NEVER heard from a CRE driver anything except how he's getting screwed......

 

Has anyone ever done well there?

 

Funny I pull for Swift and I have no complaints. But I am an O/O!!!

 

Parleys is not too bad even in the snow, except for the 4 wheelers, Utah drivers are the worst, they think they can get in front of a rig with 80,000 lbs and stomp on the brakes. Beware the Escalade crew: Translation: soccer mom's in SUVs with 4 wheel drive, and no brains.
