I think the dispatcherrs are the backbone of the company.Covenant dispatch sucks.I had a load going through West Virginia and upon doing my inspection ,noticed a chunck of rubber missing from my steer tire. Not wishing to be killed that particular day,I notified dispatch it would have to be changed. Not only did I get cussed out for taking the time to do so,but the superviusor of dispatch asked me what a steer tire was. Covenant is full of idiots.

 

Have 2 friends at Crete, say same thing as you---more of an up-and-up co.

 

covenant will also fire a driver for making a u turn,or even using a curse word at a terminal

 

I u-turn all the time (bad Qcom directions in bad area of L.A.), difference is, I know what I'm doing! Havn't hit a fire hydrant or flattened a stop sign yet!! LOL
