Who's The Worst Of Them ALL to work for?

No offence, but if you liked them you couldnt have been with them long, or you have very low expectations for a company you work for.

 

Come on guys and gals speeking of terrible training! Cr England let me out of their gate with a total of 4 hours behind the wheel. I have nightmares even today 3 years of safe driving later. What kept me alive the first few weeks???? My driver trainer you say? NOT!! I was behind the wheel with her sleeping most the time.

 

I would like to withdraw my previous vote and vote Other ( meaning me ). IF you drive for Krane( I think it was was Krane) in the city of poughkeepsie. Sorry budd first come first serve I apologize And you made a wrong turn, my bad I tried you on the radio with no prevail.

 

The list of the Worst of the Worst has to go to HENDRICKSON TRUCKING out of Sacramento, California! I had the "unfortunate" experience to go drive for these shysters! There dispatchers lied constantly, they were incompetent! lousey in problem solving and communication skills. But it gets even better! There managment team (ie: recruiting, human resources, and ops managers) make it a point to short you on your trips ie: missing trips on your biweekly settlement reports and if you have an emergency like the one I had earlier this month (wife went into labor) or an safety issue or just a question about procedures they'll terminate you for having an unplanned "emergency!" or for anything else Hendrickson Trucking has a very agressive "AT WILL EMPLOYMENT POLICY" You can be let go period! Absolutely no reason will be given to you but wait when you go file for your unemployment and see what happens, then you'll get your answer when the state denies your UEI claim! Now to those who say that I am bashing this company, I qualify this with the short time that I have been there and yes if you want to experience being treated like a rag or a ##### go ahead make their day go sign up and find out for yourself. They are also ANTI-FAMILY and pretty ANTI-DRIVER as well. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS YOU WILL GET HAMMERED!:smt021

 

I've only worked for 1 company, so I hav no basis for comparison, but now they've stabbed me in the back, so ya know, I'm not too fond of them

 

Pretty much all co.s will do that 1 time or another! It's all the 'lessser of all evils!' ha ha

 

Well, I am an O/O now, so I don't have to take that crap anymore. The company I am leased to knows I will drive my office to the house and not haul another load if they pull that crap. Of course these folks are good people, so I don't have to worry about it from them. Probubly why I plan on staying with them, you don't hear that very often. lol.

 

I have no clue who the worst is.

 

It was definitely an interesting poll but should have allowed you to pick a few from 1 -10 or something like that.... the results did not surprise me at all as I have worked for both Swift and JB... JB being much better then Swift but an aweful company as well..
