Um, you are over-reacting to the comment. If you keep over-reacting to job situations you won't keep a job anywhere.

Job #1: No, A Bug didn't say say that it was OK to watch a movie and there was no indication that he thought so. To put that thought in his mind is an over-reaction on your part. You could have demanded a different trainer. If the company refused to give you a better trainer, then it would have made sense for you to quit, IMO, but not otherwise.
