Why are day cab guys always sleeping?

    I love how people think because it's local and that we sleep at home every night that we don't get tired. I slept all the time lol especially when you're getting paid "hourly" and the company didn't care as long as all the stops were completed.

    I got,more tired doing local work than I did otr with an etcha sketch as a log book.

    Depends on the circumstances. If you are working 14 hour days everyday and live an hour or even further from work and have to make that commute everyday then yeah that truly sucks. However if your working 10 to 12 hours a day and only twice a month work a 14 hour day and your commute is 25 minutes to work than it's not bad. Personally I prefer being local and coming home after my shift is over with 2 days off a week vs never being home when I was OTR.

    One FedEx driver swore the upside down trailer in the median wasn't the one he lost, because the one he lost, the wheels are on the bottom of the trailer.
