Why are HAZMAT Crude Haulers working for the same pay (or less) as Water Haulers

I work at Suncoast Resources hauling crude one to two loads a day on 20 an hour. Average day consists of 10 hour days. But if I look at the next town over...Georgewest Tx, their water haulers start at 22 lol!!

Rates for crude drivers are dropping... more competition, and the new guys come in and undercut the rate to get the work....
Common advertised wages for crude hauling in Wyoming is 18 to $20 per hour now. Water, $16-18 per hour... -
But what do I know right???????? Like I tell everyone youll see what I mean once you start.... -
