I'm guessing all the lady's and gentlemens here they don't own any prostar because if they do they should now if they delete the EGR from the maxfores engine there will not be any Problem any more just like old truck

After driving ProStarr's for 2.5 years when I worked FedEx, I vowed to never buy International!

...I bought an International 9400i. Yep.

My take on the ProStarr's, it's not just the absolutely trash MaxxForce engine, but the truck's build quality in general. Everything is slapped together for cost-savings. The interior is about as cheap as it gets. Everything rattles, squeaks, grinds, and in general makes some kind of noise to annoy the #### out of the driver. The panels fall apart easily and with time start to break off. Plus the company made some pretty dumb interior design decisions: most ProStarr's I drove had rubber window switches, so after a while they get gunked up with dirt, grease, and other crap (maybe actual crap). The headlights switch is to the lower left of the steering wheel, so you can't actually see it and have to do some weird Yoga pose to see what you're pressing. The very same button is not a switch or a nice clicky button to let you know if you actually activated it, it a soft spongy button which gives no feedback and because you can't see it at the normal driving position, you have to diddle it to activate it. They put the air horn as a button on the steering wheel, right next to the engine brake button; I can't tell you how many times I blew my air horn by accident trying to turn on my engine brake; those same buttons are also covered in a single sheet of rubber and after a while they start to rip (because separate plastic buttons are too expensive I guess). The 4-way flashers switch is on the steering column so if there's an emergency and you have to flip the switch quickly, you have to reach for it over the steering wheel or through it, while most likely trying to avoid whatever's on the road. Also that switch is like a regular switch type not a pressing button type, I still don't know which way to turn it on or off. I'd just slap it.

Nevermind the MaxxForce engine, the trucks themselves are trash!

That Jake and horn switch on the steering wheel, that's a freaking crime against humanity. I guess if ida planned my emergencies better I wouldn't be fumbling for a horn button with my wheels cranked.
