The one I worked at had all their terminals by high crime areas(How dare I), changed rates every 5 months, and nuked your phone wanting updates even on a 10hr..
Right before I left they fired all shop staff in one day at every terminal and filled the shops with "Ukrainians"
There are people who are going to know the company just by what I wrote in this post; it's basically a mega carrier now thanks to War money..
