Here's a nice one on 16 acres a couple of miles from near me if you need such a big house. https://www.redfin.com/TN/Wincheste...ydHlfaWQ9NjA3MDU4MjkmcG9zaXRpb25fbnVtYmVyPTA= Only $1,500,000 better hurry lol. 6 years ago it sold for $500,000. It'll sell for what they're asking. The millionaire market for people with cash is even hotter than the ordinary people market.
I don’t think it’s all millionaires. I think there’s a lot of people they will be dying with a mortgage or leaving it to their kids in their will.
That's way too much grass to mow. I've got maybe half an acre of actual lawn, 13.5ac of woods and an acre of deer meadow that's soggy for 3 days after a good rain. But it's a 4br, 3ba house and the workshop is big enough to get the truck into.
Thats insane. Our big ford dealer has more than anyone, but both overflow lots that are always full are completely empty. The Honda lot is empty. Nissan seems ok. Chevrolet I haven’t paid attention. I have paid attention to car-lots now more than ever and they are completely empty in PA and WV.
Doesn't seem to be a problem here. A good friend bought a new Hyundai 2 weeks ago, she told me their lot was full, they didn't have room for another car, and already had a bunch on a secondary lot. When she asked about a gray Santa Fe, they had 13 of that model, in that color, what trim level would she like. Next door to the Hyundai dealer is a Nissan dealer, she noticed its lot plum full of new vehicles as well. We only have a population of 80k in Prince George, we aren't a large city.
Here the cars are sold before they hit the lot. Its insane. I have heard People with deposits are getting bumped if the dealer can get more money from someone else.Thats how bad it is.
Every post you’ve made sounds the 100% complete opposite of what’s happening across the US. I mean A to Z opposite.
Just for fun last week I called 5 KW, 4 Pete, and 3 Freightliner dealers randomly around the USA asking if they were actually 5 years behind on new truck orders, as i read on this forum. They thought that was humorous. As most noted, they can't even book truck orders 2 years ahead, much less 5, so that is an outrageous lie. About half also told me that new truck orders have slowed drastically. They all agreed around 8 to 12 months is a typical wait for a new ride, if ordered now.
5 yrs isn’t true, but try and make an order and it arrive in 2022. I have yrs long relationship with my KW dealer and he can’t even take my order yet in hopes of 2022 delivery. I hadn’t even received my August build yet!
