Why are we so concerned with fuel prices?

    What your saying makes sense to me,but I also think that it has to do a lot with the price of everything going up besides fuel.

    I agree, hence I would ask for at least double what I think the extra fuel will cost. Again this would be on a fair load already. Not a crap one because I just don’t waste the time calling if the rate already sucks.

    And furthermore……rising costs of EVERYthing else…..parts unavailability, free money being given out everywhere (I wish) and the price of beer is out the door…..besides being out of stock. Nothing funny about it but lol!

    Did this today on a lane I run. Upped price $500 on 1300 mile run. They didn’t like it much but they went ahead and did it. I have a very good relationship with this broker and that helps when explaining the cost.
