NJ allows Branded independent stations to sell 'rack' regular, Exxon dealers were always high for regular and now they have competing prices and a big red sigh telling the world their regular is 'unbranded'...they were in court for years before they won the ability so sell rack gas regular without paying for the additive package Exxon used.
