Was checking to see if I got the request from my new job yet and noticed a few days after I quit they ran a manual search.

What information exactly do they get when they run the search? Why would they do this ? Could they add any information to it besides drug test results? I've never done drugs and only drank on Fridays (weekends off)!, But I do join online voice chats when driving and will "troll talk" about being on heroin and blazing it up, running drugs across country etc, it is possible they were watching it on the camera inside the no cab and now are trying to screw me over by acting like I was being serious

I have the dream job lined up so I'm really nervous about anything going wrong.

Only one that can update the clearinghouse is the MRO. MRO has a relationship with the testing lab, not a company. So no, the company cannot add anything to your clearinghouse results.

My guess is HR was closing out your employee file, noticed that they were missing an annual clearinghouse check and updated your file. Mostly for if an audit happens.
