I thought you can make a 13 out if a 10, as well.

What is the actual difference between a 9 and a 10? Cheater gear is an actual gear is all i ever noticed.

I'm going to have to reeducate myself. I believe I was told you can put a box on the back of a 10 and cut the driveshaft.

Only the Fuller 9 speed convertible models RTOC-16909A, RTOCM-16909A and RTOC-18909A can be converted to 13 speeds. No 10 speed can be.

The convertables are built as 13 speeds and plumbed as 9 speeds. Now some convertables are only direct or 1:1 final ratio.

15 speeds are 1 inch longer that 13 and 18's usually the drive shaft can be made to work but isn't ideal.

I have said this many times, unless you have vast resources of parts you are better off to buy the truck you need or want not something close with plans of turning into the ideal truck
