why do companies pay extra for newyork and northeast?

    NYC is 3 hours if you decide to run during peak hours. Chicago, LA, Dallas, or Atlanta can be just as bad. I could see charging more because of tolls. Personally I'd rather run NYC than Chicago. It's easier to drive in and not as dangerous.

    Because late at night and very early in the morning it can be a cake walk. But usually, during 3am to 10 pm, its probally one of the biggest arse pains you'll ever have "possibly". Just make sure you take your hemroid meds with ya ;) lol

    Also make sure you pay attention to your bridge heights around the north east, many are incorrect. And additionally, pay attention to where you are, in some areas of the north east. those 53' box trailers are not permitted.
