why do drivers stand for governed trucks?

    Yes, but you said the companies are cutting the trucks back. I understood it as a question of why. If that's not what you meant then I apologize for misunderstanding. Personally if I was paying the fuel bill I wouldn't be going over 65 with an Aero truck, and not over 60 with a hood. Id govern myself. Although I'm out here to enjoy what I do, I make plenty of money driving <60mph.

    A lot of really good people on here apparently. All up for saving the company tons of money on fuel while being screwed over them self and seeing none of that savings

    like reasons stated above, fuel insurance, maintenance etc is the reason they're cutting them back, plus the QUALITY of drivers out here today is pathetic to say the least. just sayin

    When u look at the numbers, the difference between 65 and 75 is almost $5/hr
