omg; u are delusional. the way u say u drive, yes u are an accident waiting to happen; also fyi, if the insurance agent pulls up beside u or follows u & sees that the truck is running 75 with a load of gas on, i can assure u, he will contact ur boss & ask him why U are driving that fast with a highly combustible liquid. no reason ur boss can or will give will justify ur actions on that; @ which time the agent will tell him either cut the truck back or we'll drop ur driver, ur choice. what do u think ur boss will do? to save his own a s s & keep his insurance; he will do both. ur getting free advice here from all of us, heed to it, use it; sooner or later it will cost U
-
U really don't think our insurance know we go 75? Companies been around a long time and all of our drivers go the speed limit, not just me. And all the other fuel companies here, with the exception of 2, also go the speed limit. Infact I've been passed by other fuel companies drivers while clicking along at 75

You've got two years behind you and you're gonna tell people with 10 years plus how it is??? Diesel fuel costs a lot. The boss will start feeling that pinch. But that's neither here nor there. You are showing how much you don't know. The speed of your truck doesn't affect the amount of money you make.
lonelyswmtrucker and Crazy37 Thank this. -
You can't tell him anything, he already knows it all.
Cyanide, lonelyswmtrucker, Crazy37 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Well for all that experience, I would think you'd know that speed does affect how much u make , or at least how quickly u make it. Maybe not much in a day or week, but certainly over the course of months
And no my company is most certainly not governing our trucks, at least not unless required by law, my company cares about the drivers, and customers getting loads on time, but mostly about drivers happy
Going to bed, maybe we'll talk again tomorrow man -
Don't be to sure of yourself on your job.aiwiron, Cyanide and lonelyswmtrucker Thank this. -
Cyanide, fland, DrtyDiesel and 2 others Thank this.

He is the SUPERTRUCKER who started the other thread on asking how far can he drive on a blown tire http://www.thetruckersreport.com/tr...-advice/183172-blown-tire-how-far-do-you.html
Then argues about the responses he gets. -
Don't think I'm gonna read all the nonsense he writes over there.
FLATBED Thanks this.
