    $2.00/mile x 0 = $0.00 revenue
    $2.00/mile x 550 = $1,100. 00 revenue

    Makes sense to me.

Good luck finding another rookie that actually plans his trips, does proper pretrip and posttrip inspections (a REAL inspection not that check the lights and kick the tires poor excuse of an inspection), doesn't drive with flip flops, actually showers every day-2days, has the cab neat with all paper work in a neat folder, doesn't stop at the shoulder of the highway to piss, actually sweeps the trailer after every load, doesn't speed at areas that have a lower than governer speed limit, and actually takes his 30 on a parking spot instead of the fuel isle. (I'm probably the only England driver that doesn't take my 30 in the island lol.)

If you had any clue what my preferences are, then you might have had a point. But the fact is, allowing people to stay on the road is not the same thing as preventing them from getting home. In fact, the two have nothing to do with each other.

Its about control think about it..

Fleet managers, elogs, satellite tracking, speed governed trucks, micro managing, and controlled home time..

They own you.....My hats off to you folks that can live and work like that I sure couldn't..

First company I ever worked for in 1993 was Millis they were enough for me.....Never again with a big fleet..
