I know can carry more volume, but has to be GVWR reduction with smaller hubs and 17.5 wheels or not?

No, sorry. I suppose there are options, and I have seen that there are 185A alternators. Unfortunately the Bosch online catalogue is down at the moment.

dont know exactly how big are tires here, but it provides 44t on 6axles and this is ok.

lowest production tires in europe are:
    355/50 R22.5 for front, 17.6k lbs
    315/45 R22.5 for drive axle, 25.6k lbs

    lowest trailer 22.5:
    455/40 R22.5, 19.8k lbs

    lowest 19.5:
    445/45 R19.5, 19.8k lbs

    lowest 17.5:
205/65 R17.5, 17.6k lbs, they are mostly used for semi-low loaders and open deck trailers for oversize loads at 50mph

i would not recommend anyone to go below 245/70 R17.5

Video @Caesar posted says tag axle is 4.5 ton. Look like 17.5 wheels to me.

All the tyres on this truck were specially build by Goodyear, so they are not of-the-shelf tyres. The tag axle and the trailer axles indeed have 17.5 inch rims.
