There is no reason a Cab over cant have a stretched frame.
They build wreckers on them all the time.
Imagine the size of of sleeper you could have.

Yes of course, you can get frames in any length. That's also a difference between the US and the EU. In the US it all revolves around tractors, not so in the EU. A truck like the Peterbilt 220 is a light truck, but the same type of truck is also build as heavy trucks in Europe, for instance the DAF XF. So stretched frames are more or less standard frames in Europe.

We have what works for Us , and You have what works for You. Several companies make trucks for both markets. Had a F7 Volvo many years ago, great city tractor. But was out of its element on the highway.

Sure, but that was a light truck, and I was talking about heavy trucks for long haul. So basically the same truck as a long haul heavy tractor, that is what I was trying to say.

What you are asking for is the Scania Longline (no longer in production I'm afraid):

    Roomy enough?

Nothing as far as I know. You can't use maximum length trailers with this tractor, so it has a very limited use and market. However there are specialist companies that can make such cabs.

They made a heavier version of this tractor with three rear axles (the first one steerable of course):

And there was also a version that may attract NA truckers:
