In that sense nothing. Look at the number of trucks that are produced, and then think of the costs of developing these parts. There used to be dozens of truck manufacturers in Europe, only a few are left. Developing a new truck is so expensive, and developing parts for trucks too, that you will find the same parts on trucks of competing brands. By the way, it's done with cars too. Engines are shared between competing brands.
