Yes Pablo, but look at the world market for trucks. All over the world manufacturers build trucks in a similar way, Europe, South America, Asia. Only NA builds trucks differently, and in Australia and New Zealand part of the market share is for NA style trucks build by NA manufacturers. But those same NA manufacturers also build cabovers there that they don't offer in NA. Makes you think, doesn't it?

No, but I can find out. But what's the point. These days new NA and EU trucks have to comply with (almost) the same emission regulations, so they will have the same number of sensors. And that was the issue.

Not much different from how they look now. NA tractors are unusable here in many cases, they get stuck, it's as simple as that.

And when the bridge laws are changed not to forget. I'm sure NA trucks would become more compact. And what if tax laws were changed, more tax on diesel? No glider loopholes? You would see far more modern looking NA trucks.

IMO, US truck maker may try European market with cheap cabovers, but... Daimler wont selling Argosy in Europe becouse they want to sell Axor as cheap cabover.

Except from Paccar there are no US truck makers, they are all owned by EU truck manufacturers. I'm sure those truck manufacturers would love to see the NA market opened for EU style tractors. It would save them a fortune on development costs, and it would make trucks cheaper in the EU and NA.

    Navistar is located here too.

But I don't understand you two. The question is "why do so many Americans hate European trucks?" Why do you keep posting about how European trucks are better?
