Sounds like a similar situation to here. Like Poland and everything westwards of it is the Ukrainian and Russian driver's "California". Too many regulations and probably mostly cheap freight.

Mack M ride , improved variant of the Camelback .
the drop in diffs get the drive line up and out of the dirt and adds ground clearance. Bull gear diff if I remember correctly. These and the walking beam are some of the best off road setups .

Freightliner is very cheap in maintanace truck.
U know it well. No weak disk brakes, no clutch servo, very simple electrical system, reliable wiring harnessking Q Thanks this. -
That camel back Mack gave a rough bobtail ride.
On the shortened wheelbase one I drove for 8 years bobtailing on a less than perfect road was interesting.
That improved ride camel back rides way better but it cant articulate like that traditional Mack. -
try to drive eu cabover with heavy steel cab bobtail!
For example short wheelbase Actros 4x2 with megaspase cab. It seems to me that it may flip forward when I hit brakes! -

i am not talking you need 4axle tractor , my point is this is standard 4axle tipper chassis, here fitted with 5th wheel instead of tipper body, it is nothing special, nothing you cant see everyday, it is not like C500 which differs pretty much than regular tipper chassis, and have all wheel drive, 3rear axles and hidraulic front drive,
i am aware of problems with compatibility, i'am not talking you need mercedes ( although this would be great for our sales) but my point is US trucks are not enough developed for terrain,
which is more or less similar world wide, road trucks may find different working condition , but terrain is terrain, mud, sand, snow, or other kind all require traction
our offroad trucks are too heavy for your use , here this actros as 4axle tipper would weight somewhere around 33000lbs, but your truck manufacturers could get some ideas from our.... -
Since concrete pump is 2-3x more expensive than than chassis , saving 5000-10000€ on cheaper truck brand, makes no sense, it is pretty clear which truck is most popular in concrete pump market....
and I'am not sure if Renault have option for NMV pto , since they now use volvo gearboxes both manual and ishift, instead of manual ZF -
interesting to see crane, is there many underground containers in UA?
