Abuse , think we can agree on that? Question is why? There are different solutions to get the job done , safely. And can not be cost effective! Just the tire bill !

I would like to see the cab tilted or perhaps it just rises up straight.
To tilt is would require some heavy hinges.

If that was a Mack and it lifted its wheel at me like that I would get out of there fast.

I don't think it is that much of a problem. After all crew cabs with a second seat row are very normal too. It just proofs that converting a standard EU sleeper cab to a much longer cab for NA or AUS is no problem.

it is for weight reasons, even topline is not available there, Scania exposed EXC cab ( without truck ) on Brisbane truck show in 2003

longline weights cca 140kg more than long crew cab ( CP31L)

I suppose the Aussies don't have the same weight limitations as in the US?

it is working hard but not that hard, it lift its axle because their legal weight on steer axle is only 6ton, and 17t on rear, so their normal weight distribution is set to rear, very little of 5th wheel weight go on front........... it is not same thing lifting 6 or 10t axle weight

australia have 6.5t on euro5 models, i guess this is going to raise for e6

US have generally 12000lbs ~5440kg, but this depends on tire size
