On the front axle? That is very low. In the Netherlands it is 10t, or 11,5t for a drive axle. No difference if it is a front axle or a rear axle. Any idea why the front axle load is so low in those countries?

Any reasons to keep it that low? Are there discussions going on to raise the load?

We can go to 20k on the steers . But the axle and tires have to be rated that high. Almost every state will allow 12,500 . Trailer has to be loaded wrong , or a very heavy truck , to get over the limit. Those dump trucks a few days ago , had 20k axles and wide base tires rated for that weight.

Ozdriver's upper pic has a 20k axle and proper wide based tires . Heavy truck and about 1200 gal fuel capacity. Be about 7200lb in just fuel?

Not the one in the pic, it wouldn't fit under the 25 meter length rule for B trains. It is rated for triple roadtrains to 53.5 meters and 120 tonnes.

That's not a sleeper, that's an apartment! Being a cabover, I don't know if drivers would want it, but that's the nice sleeper set up I've seen.
