    Thank you for pointing this out.
    I re-read my post, and no, I did not forget anything.
    Just comparing engine oils with different viscosities.

    The discussion was not about conventional vs modern, whatever these terms mean.

    If you want to turn the subject of the discussion to conventional vs modern, you will first have to define conventional and modern.
    Is it mineral vs synthetic, CK-4 vs FA-4, or new oil vs oil out of a can that was on the shelf for 20 years?
