Why do so many Americans hate European trucks?

    As you can see, the trailer is hitting the tractor chassis. It may look like the trailer is stopped by the cab, but if you look carefully, you will see it is not the case.

    I agree. In fact for most highway work over here, an 11 litre will do fine as well.

    As if you don't know the progress that has been made in engine oils the last decade or so, and as if you don't know that all these modern low viscosity engine oils are synthetic oils, and not mineral oils like the 'classic' 15W40.

    Wrong. "All these modern low viscosity engine oils" are not synthetic.

    Which brings us full circle back to when you said, and were proven wrong, that the manufacturers require the use of synthetic oil.

    I don't understand why you enjoy arguing with people that know so much more than you. Why not just ask questions and learn from the answers, rather than stating as fact something that aligns with preconceived notions that you have? You might find that life is much more enjoyable!

    Fine, show me a modern low viscosity oil that is not full or partly synthetic.
