No where, I read that on another web site

I don't know how old the latest RC6 ECU/ECM calibration update for these EPA 10 MX engines is, but it could be quite old.

 

No I don't, conventional 15W-40 would be cheaper.

 

March 6, 2017 was last running update for EPA10 (RC13 for 2012, RC22 for 2010-2011). This will not change anything for a change in oil viscosity. A case would have to be put in/$.

 

Well I guess you could see where my confusion comes from when your post says:

I, and probably anyone else who reads that, would come to the conclusion that the page you uploaded from the Chevron site supports what you wrote in the first sentence.

 

It would be nice if you had some information about that case, what must be investigated and why?
