Then the thin wires break because they can't handle the vibration.

Not to mention they use soy based insulation so the rodents enjoy sharpening their teeth on it too!

No, I mean the wires in the motor. Furthermore, thin wires made with thin strands can handle the vibrations perfectly.

    Today. Real life.

This is what conduit and vibrations do to wiring.
Bean counters at work, wires in the conduit, without protective sleeves to prevent rubbing/vibration of the wires on the conduit.
Poor design, but I've seen it too many times.

Guess what will happen if wires are 50% smaller diameter.....

Guess its no suprise European cars are famous for wiring problems :p

Just a quick Google search revealed that VW was in denial about the electrical issues with their cars in the North American market. Apparently they've denied warranty claims and blamed dealerships for scamming. Plus we all know now that they LOVE to cheat the emission laws :p

remember that huge construction projects are over in turkey, we might expect their trucks to came into east eu.
you can find now good 2-3year old construction trucks from turkey for very cheap. like 30% below price. luckily their spec are bad and nobody is interested. they use WB5150mm we use 4250/4550

btw. look at axles, same used on volvo, offered by meritor in usa and used on bhrat benz (nonsense)
