That O/O does a lot off transfers from Zeebrugge to Antwerp and back but location off the picture is wrong for that.

My guess was that he came from east on E313 (or E34) and wants to go north E17, then go west again in direction of Bergen op Zoom or north towards Rotterdam. This way avoiding Antwerp ring road and/or Eindhoven-Tilburg highway.

    Exiting E313 @ Geel, or E34 @ Turnhout > Turnhout ring road > to Merksplas-Hoogstraten > back onto E19 at Hoogstraten/Meer

That's an 8 tonne (18,000 lbs) steer axle that can be lifted.
Yes, air tanks as usual with these kind of heavy haulage trucks. This one is meant for a GCW of 120 tonne (265,000 lbs). By the way, that is not just a toolbox. In the middle there are most likely hydraulic oil reservoirs and oil coolers. Our fiend @98989 will know more about these kind of set ups.
    The DAF:
    530 HP MX-13
16 speed ZF Traxon automated gearbox
Front axle: 8 tonne (18,000 lbs) standard, 9 tonne (20,000 lbs) option, and perhaps even the new 10 tonne (22,000 lbs).
    Rear axles: 2 x 13 tonne (29,000 lbs) + 8 tonne (18,000 lbs) = 34 tonne (75,000 lbs) standard, 2 x 16 tonne (35,000 lbs) + 8 tonne = 40 tonne (88,000 lbs) option.
This cab has all the nice things a driver would like, stand airco, TV and so on.
