Do you honestly want the U.S. government, the most inefficient entity there is, getting involved with truck pricing! Imagine how high truck prices would be once our government decided how much every employee of truck manufacturers and their suppliers should earn. Keep our government out of as much as possible.

 

I paid $156000 for a nicely equipped Cascadia 72" sleeper three years ago.

What is it worth now?

 

Definitely, mine is a 455hp, 1550 lb,ft Detroit. Yeah, it's basically set up for economy and does very well in that regard. It's still a nice truck though.

 

654,000 miles later, not much if I were to sell. But as a revenue generator, priceless.
