I'd have thought the opposite. You know because the aero trucks in mega fleets are always dragging trailers over their hoods :p

I think you misread my post! Aero trucks are the ones tearing stuff up.

Sure. European trucks have no hood, the front window is low, and there is a mirror above the front window to look directly in front of the truck, all of this to get good visibility on the road from the front bumper onwards, but US trucks can have long hoods, the driver can sit very low, so he can hardly look over the hood, and all of this gives that driver perfect visibility on the road in front of him. You really don't have to be a genius to understand that this is total BS.

    Perfect visibility:

But of course you have X-Ray eyes, so you can see a full grown man though the hood.

You see them walking from the side before they get in front of the hood. Its not a difficult concept.

If you are paying attention to what you are doing you would have seen him walk in front of your truck. But of course visibility is so much better in a cab over when the person is right in front of the grill. Dumb ###

That's in Australia, apparently they don't have these:

Or video cameras all around, as is the latest trend.

Whatever dude. You are talking out of turn here. You don’t drive a truck and even if you did you’ve never sat your ### in the seat of a conventional truck. So you really don’t know what you are talking about. According to you there would be people getting ran over left and right here. You are making a fool of yourself. So move on.

Sure, you have other laws of physics at that side of the pond. You can look through things.

Over here real professional truck drivers teach children where the dead spots of trucks are, so that they will not be run over.
