Actually, you are wrong. The proper translation is 'calling card", or the card one used to leave when introducing oneself, somewhat like we use a "business card" now, but a personal version.

Ok, seems to me I was misunderstood and later everthing was cleared.

Multimodal transportation in Ukraine is used too, like container from port by railway to move it abroad, but if exporter ore importer of container is ukrainian - only truck to deliver container to port ore from port is used.

Before the war we used to deliver containers from plants to Odessa port for export to USA, but for European customers we used truck only.

Ok, about US trucks used in Ukraine.

They are used of different emission level, but for internal shippng pre EGR are used only (Euro-II).

Later engines that may get european E-3 ore E-4 certificates (of course we had to fit european lamps and marker lights) were generally used as oversize trucktors, becouse european 6x4 truck is MUCH MORE EXPENCIVE!

As the sourse of cheapest trucks we used american salvage yards to find good frames, becouse radiators, hoods and other stuff is not expensive, and labor cost is low in Ukraine.

Yes, if we had damaged engine in salvage truck we used to fit pre EGR.

Pablo,do you know why EU 6*4 tractors sell at premium prices?
They are very desired in Africa(the older ones) and certain regions in Middle East+Latin America(younger models)

    I know.

Reason why the EU ones are Premium: heavier specs.
The US ones are not better or worse, Just Different purpose.

yep, us 6x4 trucktor is really 40 tonner, like EU truck, but alowed axle load is 16 ton per drives and that's why it can be used with heavier european trailers

Yes, that is the literal translation. However in certain European languages like German and Dutch and other languages it is also used in a metaphorical way, and it was clear to me that this is what he meant.
